Politique d’expédition

1. Delivery area

Currently, we only deliver to mainland France and do not offer delivery services to other countries.

2. Delivery charges

· Orders of €150 or more are shipped free of charge.

· For orders under €150, the delivery charge is €20.

3. Order Deadline

· Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be processed the same day.

· Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the following day.

· During public holidays, order processing will be postponed to the next business day.

4. Order Processing Time

Order processing time is 1 to 3 business days. In exceptional circumstances, we will inform you promptly.

5. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after shipment. The actual delivery time may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Carriers used

We use the following carriers: FedEx, UPS and DHL Express.

7. Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an email containing the order number, proof of payment, and carrier information. You can track your order on the "Order Tracking" page of our website by entering your email address or phone number along with the order number.

8. Declaration of Liability

· Damage to or loss of products: In the event of damage to or loss during transport, we will assist you and offer a solution.

· Order modification and cancellation: Once the order has been shipped, it is impossible to change the delivery address or cancel the order. Please contact us before shipment for any changes.

· Delivery address and liability: Please ensure you provide a correct address. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to an incorrect address.

9. Notes upon receipt

When receiving the package, check that the packaging is intact. If there is any visible damage or problem, report it immediately to the carrier and refuse delivery. Without immediate notification, it may be difficult to find a solution later.
